WELDING CABLE COPPER 0.18 MM 200V RUBBER
Welding cable is the electrical conductor for the welding current. It consists of a series of fine copper strands wrapped inside a non-conductive, durable jacket (typically some type of synthetic or natural rubber of various colors). The fine copper strands give welding cable more flexibility than other types of electrical conductors and the insulating jacket is designed to hold up to repeated movement over rough surfaces. As the current level increases (measured in amperage or amps), the diameter of the welding cable and resulting cross sectional area of the copper stranding needs to increase. The concept is similar to the flow of water through a hose. A larger diameter hose is needed in order to carry a greater volume of water. You use a smaller hose to water your garden, while the fire department uses a much larger hose to fight fires.

A countersunk screw is a type of screw that’s designed to rest flush with the object or surface in which it’s inserted. They are called “countersunk screws” because they “sink” into objects and surfaces. They feature a flat head that tapers along the shaft. Therefore, when you drive a countersunk screw into an object or surface, the head will sink so that it’s flush with the respective material.
Most screws, of course, have a rounded or semi-rounded head. Countersunk screws differ in the sense that they have a flat head. They still have exterior helical ridges. Countersunk screws are simply characterized by their flat head, which allows them to sink into objects and materials.

The stud has a thread on full-lengths or at both ends. As shown in images. It is having three components if washers are not used (two nuts and stud). If you used washer it would become five. Sometimes additional nuts are used for hydraulic tensioning with larger size stud.
The length of the stud bolt should be enough to cover the entire Nut plus 1.5 to 3 threads exposed. Long studs must be avoided as it increases the chance of corrosion and other damage to exposed threads, which would make subsequent removal difficult
